Job Description

The Reservations Agent handles room bookings, amendments, cancellations, availability checks, and guest enquiries by phone, email, and reservation systems. Candidates should have hotel reservations or front-office experience, strong customer-service skills, accurate computer and administrative abilities, and professional communication. Japanese-language ability is generally important for this Osaka-based position, while English skills are valuable in an international hotel. The successful candidate is expected to be organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, commercially aware, and able to coordinate effectively with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales teams. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is normally required, together with a welcoming attitude that reflects Aloft and Marriott service standards.
