F&B Supervisor

Job Description

The F&B Supervisor supports the daily operation of restaurants, bars, banquets, or room service at The St. Regis Doha. Requirements typically include previous food and beverage supervisory experience, strong knowledge of service standards, good spoken English, customer-service skills, and the ability to lead a diverse team. Familiarity with hotel operations, point-of-sale systems, hygiene procedures, staff scheduling, and cash handling is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to maintain luxury service standards, coach employees, manage guest requests and complaints professionally, coordinate with the kitchen and other departments, monitor stock and cleanliness, and help achieve guest-satisfaction and revenue goals. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is essential.
