Job Description

This internship is suited to a current university student or recent graduate studying human resources, hospitality, business administration, or a related field. Candidates are generally expected to have good English and Indonesian communication skills, basic computer and administrative abilities, and an interest in hotel people operations. The role may support recruitment, employee records, onboarding, training coordination, staff communication, and daily HR administration. The successful candidate should be organized, approachable, discreet with confidential information, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a busy airport-hotel environment. Strong teamwork, professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and a service-oriented attitude are important. Availability for the January 2027 to July 2027 internship period and eligibility to undertake an internship in Indonesia will also be required.
