Job Description

The Steward Supervisor oversees kitchen stewarding operations, including dishwashing, cleaning, waste handling, equipment care, hygiene, and daily sanitation standards. Requirements typically include previous experience in stewarding or hotel kitchen operations, supervisory experience, knowledge of food-safety and workplace-health standards, and the ability to train and schedule staff. The successful candidate should be organized, physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Strong teamwork, communication, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards during busy service periods are expected.
