Job Description

The Night Guest Service Agent supports overnight hotel operations, welcomes and assists guests, handles check-ins and check-outs, responds to requests, manages payments, completes nightly reports, and coordinates with security and other departments. Candidates should have strong customer-service and communication skills, basic computer and cash-handling ability, a professional appearance, and good English. Previous hotel or front-office experience is preferred. The role requires calm decision-making, attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating schedules is expected.
