Job Description

The Food & Beverage Attendant delivers friendly, efficient service across the hotel’s restaurant, bar, events and room-service areas. Duties typically include preparing tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, processing payments, maintaining cleanliness and following food-safety and responsible-service standards. Candidates should have strong communication and customer-service skills, a positive attitude, attention to detail and the ability to work calmly in a busy environment. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but may not be essential. Availability for varied shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, is generally expected. An Australian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate may be required for duties involving alcohol.
