The role requires reliability, organization, attention to detail and the ability to work calmly during busy service periods. Flexibility for rotating shifts, weekends and holidays is important. The successful candidate should communicate well with colleagues, maintain a clean and safe workstation, minimize waste and support the wider kitchen team. Experience in an upscale hotel or fine-dining environment, together with Spanish language skills, would be advantageous.
