Job Description

The Accounts Payable role is responsible for accurately processing supplier invoices, verifying supporting documents, matching invoices with purchase orders and receiving records, preparing payment batches, reconciling vendor statements, and maintaining organized financial records. Candidates should have experience in accounts payable or hotel finance, sound knowledge of accounting procedures, strong numerical and computer skills, and familiarity with systems such as Microsoft Excel and financial software. Attention to detail, confidentiality, integrity, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential. The successful candidate is expected to work cooperatively with purchasing, receiving, department heads, and suppliers while following Marriott and Ritz-Carlton financial controls and service standards.
