The Demi Chef – Pastry supports the pastry kitchen in preparing breads, cakes, desserts, chocolates and other baked products according to JW Marriott standards. Candidates are generally expected to have culinary or pastry training, previous hotel or restaurant kitchen experience, knowledge of baking techniques, food safety and hygiene, and the ability to follow recipes accurately. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, physical stamina and good teamwork.
