Job Description

The Front Office GSA (Guest Services Associate) welcomes guests, manages check-in and check-out, processes payments, answers enquiries, handles requests, and coordinates with housekeeping, reservations, transportation, and other hotel departments. Candidates should have customer-service experience, strong communication skills, a professional presentation, basic computer and cash-handling ability, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Previous hotel or resort front-office experience is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to deliver warm Fijian hospitality, remain calm under pressure, resolve guest concerns promptly, maintain accurate records, and follow Marriott service, safety, and operating standards.
