Job Description

The Food & Beverage Assistant supports restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations by welcoming guests, taking and delivering orders, setting and clearing tables, maintaining service areas and following food-safety standards. Applicants should have good communication skills, a friendly and professional manner, basic English and the ability to work accurately in a busy resort environment. Previous hospitality or customer-service experience is helpful, although training may be provided. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, along with teamwork, reliability, physical stamina and attention to detail.
