Job Description

The Director of Rooms leads the resort’s Rooms Division, overseeing Front Office, Housekeeping, Guest Services, and related operations. The role requires strong luxury-hospitality leadership experience, excellent knowledge of rooms operations, budgeting, forecasting, guest relations, and team development. Candidates should have several years of experience in a senior hotel or resort management position, strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment. Fluency in English and familiarity with Marriott standards and systems are valuable. The successful candidate is expected to maintain high service standards, improve guest satisfaction, manage departmental performance, support revenue goals, develop employees, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and local regulations.
