Job Description

The Reservations Agent manages guest accommodation bookings, changes, cancellations and enquiries across Marriott reservation systems and communication channels. Requirements typically include previous hotel, reservations or customer-service experience, strong English communication skills, accurate computer and data-entry skills, and the ability to work with booking systems. The successful candidate is expected to provide warm, professional service, explain room types and rates clearly, identify sales opportunities, maintain accurate records and follow Marriott standards. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays is generally required. Knowledge of hotel operations, local attractions and additional languages may be advantageous.
