Job Description

The Cost Supervisor oversees food, beverage, and operational cost control for the hotel. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, hospitality management, or a related field; previous hotel cost-control or inventory experience; and familiarity with purchasing, stocktaking, invoices, and financial reporting. The candidate is expected to monitor consumption and variances, conduct regular inventory counts, check receiving and issuing procedures, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for management. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, integrity, and clear communication are important. Experience with hotel accounting systems and knowledge of Thai hospitality operations would be advantageous. The role also requires effective coordination with purchasing, stores, kitchens, restaurants, and finance teams.
