Job Description

The Restaurant Server welcomes guests, explains menus, takes orders, serves food and beverages, and ensures an enjoyable dining experience. Candidates should have customer-service skills, a pleasant and professional manner, good communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy restaurant. Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is preferred, although suitable entry-level applicants may be considered. Basic English is typically required, with additional languages an advantage. The role involves standing for long periods, handling guest requests, following hygiene and service standards, processing payments accurately, and cooperating with kitchen and restaurant colleagues. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is expected.
