Job Description

The Commis III supports the kitchen team with basic food preparation, ingredient handling, cooking assistance, plating and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Candidates should ideally have some culinary training or entry-level kitchen experience, although a strong willingness to learn may be accepted. The role requires good hygiene practices, attention to detail, teamwork, physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently during busy service periods. Flexibility is important, as shifts may include mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. The successful candidate is expected to follow recipes, food-safety procedures and Marriott standards while supporting chefs and contributing to a consistent guest dining experience.
