The Front Office Manager oversees reception, guest services, reservations coordination, check-in and check-out, complaint resolution, cashiering, and front-desk team performance. Candidates typically need hospitality management experience, preferably in an upscale or international hotel, strong knowledge of front-office procedures and hotel systems, and excellent English communication skills. Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
