Job Description

The Accounting Clerk supports the hotel’s finance team with posting transactions, processing invoices, maintaining records, handling cash and accounts payable or receivable, reconciling documents, and preparing routine reports. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, along with basic knowledge of bookkeeping and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Previous hotel or hospitality accounting experience is beneficial. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, organization, good numeracy, and the ability to meet deadlines. Candidates are expected to communicate professionally, follow financial controls, work cooperatively with other departments, and provide dependable administrative support in a fast-paced hotel environment.
