Job Description

The Female Loss Prevention Officer helps protect guests, colleagues, property, and hotel assets at W Bali – Seminyak. Requirements typically include prior security, loss prevention, or hospitality experience; good physical fitness; professional grooming; clear communication; basic computer and report-writing skills; and the ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Indonesian citizenship or valid authorization to work in Indonesia may be required. The successful candidate is expected to remain alert, discreet, calm, and courteous, follow Marriott security procedures, monitor CCTV and access points, respond to incidents, conduct investigations, maintain accurate reports, and cooperate with local authorities and hotel departments. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia is important, while English is useful in this international guest environment.
