Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie supports the Chef de Partie and kitchen leadership team with food preparation, cooking, plating and service across the hotel’s outlets. Candidates are generally expected to have commercial kitchen experience, formal culinary training or an equivalent qualification, strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, and the ability to follow recipes and portion controls accurately. The role requires teamwork, organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently during busy services.
