Job Description

The Outside Catering (CCS) Manager is responsible for developing, selling and coordinating off-site catering events for Sharq Village & Spa. Requirements typically include hospitality or event-management experience, strong knowledge of catering operations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage budgets, proposals, contracts and client relationships. Experience with luxury hotels, weddings, corporate functions and large-scale events is highly desirable. The successful candidate is expected to generate business, meet revenue targets, prepare accurate event plans, coordinate with culinary and operations teams, and ensure smooth service delivery at every venue. Flexibility, attention to detail, commercial awareness, presentation skills and the ability to work evenings, weekends and under pressure are essential.
