Job Description

The Head Bartender leads daily bar operations, prepares and serves beverages, maintains consistent drink quality, and supports an exceptional guest experience. Candidates should have previous bartending experience, ideally in an upscale hotel or busy bar, with strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, beverage service, hygiene, and responsible alcohol procedures. The role requires leadership, staff coaching, inventory control, cash-handling accuracy, and the ability to coordinate effectively with restaurant and hotel teams. A professional appearance, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected. Hotel experience, relevant beverage training, and knowledge of international service standards are advantageous.
