Job Description

The Recreation Guest Service Attendant supports guests using the resort’s pools, beach, recreation facilities and activities. Requirements typically include friendly customer-service skills, clear communication, a professional appearance, reliability and the ability to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays. Previous hospitality, recreation, pool or watersports experience is helpful, while current first-aid, CPR or lifeguard training may be preferred. The successful candidate is expected to welcome guests warmly, explain facilities and safety rules, provide equipment, maintain clean and orderly recreation areas, monitor guest safety and respond promptly to requests.
