Job Description

This role serves guests at the pool bar by taking orders, preparing and delivering drinks and light food, processing payments, clearing tables, and maintaining clean, safe service areas. Candidates should have hospitality or bar-service experience, strong customer-service skills, good communication, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy outdoor environment. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is generally required for alcohol service in Queensland. The successful candidate is expected to be friendly, reliable, well-presented, flexible with shifts, and comfortable working weekends, evenings, public holidays, and in changing weather conditions. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a genuine focus on creating a positive guest experience are important.
