Job Description

The Receiving role is responsible for accepting hotel deliveries, checking quantities and quality against purchase orders, recording goods received, and ensuring items are properly stored or transferred to the relevant departments. Candidates should have good attention to detail, basic computer and documentation skills, and the ability to work accurately with invoices, delivery notes, and inventory records. Previous experience in hotel receiving, stores, purchasing, or inventory control is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to maintain accurate records, follow food safety and company procedures, identify discrepancies or damaged goods, coordinate with suppliers and departments, and work reliably in a fast-paced hotel environment. Physical ability to inspect, move, and organize deliveries may also be required.
