Job Description

The Bartender Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily bar operations, maintaining beverage quality, supervising bartenders, managing stock, and ensuring excellent guest service. Candidates should have previous experience in bartending or beverage operations, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort, along with strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, hygiene standards, and point-of-sale procedures. Good English communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills are expected. The successful candidate should be confident training team members, coordinating with food and beverage departments, handling guest requests professionally, and maintaining The Ritz-Carlton’s high standards of service, presentation, and safety. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays is required.
