Job Description

This university internship supports the Front Office team with guest arrivals and departures, reservations, enquiries, telephone calls, billing coordination and general administrative duties. Applicants should be enrolled in a recognised university or hospitality-related programme, communicate confidently in English, and demonstrate a professional, friendly and service-oriented attitude. Additional language skills, computer proficiency and previous hospitality or customer-service experience are helpful. The successful candidate is expected to be punctual, well presented, adaptable and willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury hotel, handling guest information discreetly and cooperating effectively with colleagues across departments.
