The Cluster Kitchen and Laundry Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing kitchen and laundry equipment across the assigned Four Points by Sheraton properties. Candidates should have practical experience with commercial kitchen appliances, laundry machinery, electrical systems, plumbing and preventive maintenance. A relevant technical qualification, sound knowledge of workplace safety and the ability to diagnose faults efficiently are typically expected. The role requires flexibility for shifts, good physical stamina, attention to detail and the ability to respond quickly to operational breakdowns.
