Job Description

This university internship supports the hotel’s Food & Beverage operations, which may include restaurants, bars, banquets, room service and guest service activities. Candidates should be enrolled in a recognised hospitality, tourism or related programme and be eligible to complete an internship in Singapore. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, personal grooming, teamwork and willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays are expected. The successful candidate should be service-minded, organised, adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury-hotel environment. Previous hospitality experience is helpful but may not be essential.
