Job Description

The Human Resources Executive supports the hotel’s daily people operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, attendance, benefits, training coordination, engagement activities, and compliance with Qatar labour regulations and Marriott standards. Candidates are generally expected to have a diploma or degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, along with hotel or hospitality HR experience. Strong communication, organisation, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience with HR systems, payroll coordination, employee relations, and multicultural workplaces is valuable. The successful candidate should be service-minded, approachable, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment.
