Job Description

The Plumber is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing water supply, drainage, sanitary, and related plumbing systems throughout the hotel. Requirements typically include practical plumbing experience, knowledge of building maintenance, the ability to read basic technical plans, and familiarity with plumbing tools and safety procedures. A vocational qualification or trade certificate is advantageous. The candidate should be able to diagnose faults, respond promptly to maintenance requests, complete preventive maintenance, and maintain accurate work records. Hotel or resort experience is preferred. The role requires physical fitness, attention to detail, reliable teamwork, professional conduct, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency breakdowns while following Marriott and local health and safety standards.
