The Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving room, meeting, and event revenue for Moxy Putrajaya. Requirements typically include several years of hotel sales experience, strong knowledge of the local corporate and leisure market, excellent communication skills, and confidence using sales and reporting systems. The candidate is expected to build relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and group accounts; develop and execute sales plans; conduct client visits and presentations; negotiate contracts; manage the sales pipeline; and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets. Experience with Marriott systems or an international hotel brand is advantageous. The role also requires teamwork, commercial awareness, professionalism, and flexibility to support hotel events and changing business priorities.
