Job Description

The Telephone Operator manages incoming and outgoing calls, connects guests with hotel departments, records messages, handles guest requests, and provides accurate information about hotel services. Candidates should have strong spoken English, a polite telephone manner, good listening and communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Previous experience in a hotel switchboard, call centre, or front-office environment is advantageous. The role requires professional presentation, attention to detail, confidentiality, flexibility for shifts, and a genuine commitment to responsive, courteous guest service.
