Job Description

The Hotel Cleanliness Expert is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. Duties may include cleaning and arranging rooms, replenishing amenities, handling linens, reporting maintenance issues, following health and safety procedures, and responding politely to guest requests. Candidates should be physically fit, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on their feet for extended periods. Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is helpful, though Marriott may provide training. The successful candidate is expected to work efficiently, protect guest privacy, follow Marriott grooming and service standards, and cooperate closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is normally required.
