Finance Officer

Job Description

The Finance Officer supports daily hotel accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, reconciliations, cash handling, financial reporting and record keeping. The role generally requires prior finance or accounting experience, strong numerical and organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence using accounting systems and Microsoft Office. A relevant accounting qualification or tertiary study is advantageous. The successful candidate is expected to maintain accurate records, meet deadlines, protect confidential financial information, follow company policies, and work collaboratively with hotel departments. Hospitality experience, a service-focused attitude and the ability to manage competing priorities are also valuable.
