Job Description

The Farm Hand Attendant supports the resort’s farm and agricultural activities, including planting, watering, weeding, harvesting, composting, maintaining growing areas and keeping tools and workspaces clean. The role may also involve supplying fresh produce to hotel kitchens and assisting with environmentally sustainable practices. Candidates should be physically fit, comfortable working outdoors in Fiji’s tropical climate and able to perform repetitive manual tasks. Previous experience in farming, gardening, landscaping or general outdoor work is useful, though practical ability and a willingness to learn may be equally important. Reliability, teamwork, attention to hygiene and safety, and the ability to follow instructions are expected. Hospitality experience is helpful but not essential.
