The Platform Infrastructure Data Analyst supports EY’s technology infrastructure teams by collecting, validating, analyzing, and reporting operational data. Typical requirements include a bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business analytics, statistics, or a related field; experience with SQL, Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools such as Power BI; and an understanding of IT infrastructure, service management, and data quality. The successful candidate is expected to translate technical information into clear insights, identify trends and anomalies, maintain accurate reports, support performance measurement, and work effectively with global stakeholders. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage deadlines in a multinational environment are important.
