The Event Management Executive supports the planning and delivery of meetings, conferences, weddings, banquets and other guest events at The Ritz-Carlton Millenia Singapore. Requirements typically include a diploma or degree in hospitality, event management or a related field, together with relevant hotel or events experience. Strong organisation, communication and customer-service skills are essential, along with attention to detail, professional presentation and the ability to manage several tasks under pressure. The successful candidate is expected to coordinate with clients and hotel departments, prepare event documentation, monitor arrangements, resolve issues promptly and help deliver the Ritz-Carlton service standard. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is normally required.
