Job Description

The Demi Chef de Partie supports the Chef de Partie and culinary team in preparing, cooking, and presenting food according to Marriott standards. Requirements typically include culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, knowledge of food preparation, hygiene and HACCP practices, and the ability to work efficiently in a busy hotel environment. The successful candidate is expected to maintain consistent food quality, follow recipes and portion standards, keep workstations clean, control waste, and cooperate well with colleagues.
