Job Description

The Butler Service Desk Supervisor oversees the telephone operator and butler service desk, coordinating guest requests, calls, messages, service recovery, and communication between departments. Candidates should have hotel front-office or telephone-operator experience, strong knowledge of guest-service standards, excellent English communication skills, and confidence using hotel systems. Supervisory experience in a luxury hotel is highly desirable. The successful candidate is expected to lead the team professionally, maintain accurate records, respond promptly to guest needs, protect guest privacy, resolve issues calmly, and support St. Regis luxury service standards. Flexibility for shifts, weekends, and public holidays is required.
