The Executive Sous Chef supports the Executive Chef in leading kitchen operations at Sheraton Kota Kinabalu. Requirements typically include several years of experience in upscale hotels or resorts, strong knowledge of international and local cuisine, food safety standards, menu planning, cost control, and staff supervision. A culinary qualification and experience in a luxury or branded hotel environment are advantageous.
