Bar Supervisor

Job Description

The Bar Supervisor oversees daily bar operations, ensuring excellent guest service, accurate beverage preparation, responsible alcohol service, and compliance with Marriott standards. Requirements typically include previous bar or restaurant supervisory experience, strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, inventory control, and point-of-sale systems. Good English communication, leadership ability, and a professional presentation are expected; additional languages are advantageous. The candidate should be comfortable training team members, preparing schedules, managing stock, handling guest concerns, monitoring hygiene and safety, and supporting revenue goals. Resort experience and flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts are valuable.
