The Front Office Intern supports daily reception operations, including guest arrivals and departures, reservations assistance, telephone and email enquiries, and providing information about resort services. Candidates are generally expected to be hospitality or tourism students, or recent graduates, with good English communication skills and a genuine interest in guest service. A friendly personality, professional appearance, basic computer ability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn are important. The role requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays in a busy island resort.
