Job Description

The Commis - Cold Section supports the kitchen team in preparing salads, appetizers, cold dishes, desserts, garnishes and buffet items. Candidates should have basic culinary training or relevant kitchen experience, knowledge of food hygiene, safe food handling and proper storage procedures. The role requires knife skills, cleanliness, organization and the ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. The successful candidate is expected to work efficiently in a busy luxury-resort kitchen, maintain consistent presentation and portion quality, support chefs during service and cooperate well with colleagues. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is important. A positive attitude, willingness to learn and physical stamina are also expected.
