Job Description

The Accommodation Manager oversees the day-to-day operation and standards of guest accommodation, coordinating room readiness, cleanliness, maintenance follow-up, inspections, and guest satisfaction. Candidates should have relevant hotel or resort experience, strong knowledge of housekeeping and accommodation procedures, good leadership and communication skills, and the ability to manage multicultural teams. The role requires effective coordination with Front Office, Engineering, and other departments, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays. Experience in a luxury resort environment and familiarity with hotel operating systems would be advantageous.
