Job Description

The Bartender will prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, soft drinks and other beverages in the Latin American restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton Dubai. Requirements typically include previous bartending or luxury-hospitality experience, strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service standards, good English communication skills, professional presentation, and the ability to work flexible shifts, weekends and holidays. Knowledge of Latin American drinks and ingredients is an advantage. The successful candidate is expected to deliver warm, attentive service, follow responsible-alcohol-service and hygiene procedures, maintain a clean and well-stocked bar, process orders accurately, and work effectively with restaurant colleagues. A hospitality qualification and additional language skills may also be beneficial.
