The Reservations Agent manages guest bookings by phone, email, and online systems, ensuring accurate rates, dates, room types, packages, and guest preferences. Candidates should have hospitality or reservations experience, strong communication skills, good English, and confidence using hotel property-management and reservation systems. Knowledge of Marriott standards and additional languages is an advantage. The role requires a professional, helpful manner, attention to detail, and the ability to handle changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently. The successful candidate is expected to support occupancy and revenue targets, provide clear information about the resort, coordinate with Front Office and other departments, and deliver a polished luxury-service experience.
