The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for protecting guests, employees, hotel property and company assets at Kota Kinabalu Marriott Hotel. Requirements typically include several years of experience in hotel security, loss prevention, law enforcement or a related field, along with strong knowledge of emergency procedures, incident reporting, investigations and local regulations. The candidate should communicate confidently in English and Malay, remain calm under pressure, and be comfortable supervising security personnel, reviewing CCTV, conducting risk assessments and coordinating with police or emergency services. The role expects good judgment, discretion, leadership, physical readiness and a professional guest-service approach. Experience with Marriott standards, security systems and workplace safety procedures would be advantageous.
