Job Description

The F&B Service Expert provides friendly, efficient food and beverage service across the hotel’s restaurant, bar, banquet and room-service operations. Candidates should have hospitality or customer-service experience, strong communication skills and a professional, well-presented manner. Responsibilities include taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, maintaining service standards, keeping work areas clean and following food-safety procedures. The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. Marriott expects team members to be reliable, guest-focused, culturally aware and able to work calmly in a busy environment. RSA certification may be required for alcohol service, and applicants must have valid Australian work rights.
