Job Description

This international internship supports daily service operations at The Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon, with possible duties across restaurants, bars, banquets, and guest service areas. Candidates are generally expected to be enrolled in or recently graduated from a hospitality, tourism, or related program, with a genuine interest in luxury hotel operations. Professional presentation, teamwork, reliability, adaptability, and a strong service attitude are essential. English communication is typically required, while Japanese ability is highly beneficial. The successful candidate should be comfortable working shifts, weekends, and public holidays, learning Marriott and EDITION service standards, and assisting guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
